Bas relief sculptures cast in abaca fiber (inner stalk of the banana plant), cotton, and kozo (from the mulberry genus) with sea kelp, seaweed, mica, pigments, rainbows, abalone shell, agate, amethyst, quartz, jade, whale bone fossils, and andaras. Andara means "light of beauty and perfection." Glasslike in appearance and structure, they are identified by Native Americans as ancient healing stones.
