The Earth spent hundreds of thousands of years creating these stones, minerals and metals  deep under the continents we now call Africa, India , Asia and the Americas .

      Miners dug deep into this earth to retrieve these treasures and bring them to the surface in their raw form  sometimes in knotty rocks that need to be cracked open to reveal their internal sparkling beauty.

            Lapidaries in India ,Thailand & Africa spent countless hours cutting, drilling and polishing the raw stones to form these brilliant shapes.

  We now we have the honor of presenting these precious gems to you.

Mariya Starow was born and raised in Monterey , CA .  One evening while working for Club Med on the island of Moorea in Tahiti , she was overtaken by the beauty of friend’s necklace.  Inspired by the jewelry’s brilliant colors and unusual shapes, she became a jewelry designer once back in the USA .

Mariya currently splits her time between Carmel-by-the-Sea  and Los Angeles where these designs are joyfully created on the Venice Canals.
